What we collect, and why.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email, town or city, what you need to power and, if you choose to share it, a budget range. We collect this only to respond to your enquiry.
PowerMatch sessions
If you complete the PowerMatch calculator, the appliances and backup hours you entered may be saved and attached to your enquiry so our team can advise you accurately. Your calculator session is identified by a signed, random token held in your browser for the visit — not by anything that identifies you personally.
Mindsync Adviser
The Mindsync Adviser is an AI assistant. Conversations are stored privately so our team can follow up and improve the service. Your contact details are only shared with the assistant when you choose to provide them. Please don't send sensitive personal information through the chat.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you by phone, WhatsApp or email, to prepare quotes and to keep records of enquiries. We do not sell your details.
Retention and access
