- What is Mindsync PowerMatch?
- PowerMatch is our sizing tool. You list what you want to keep running, how long you need it during an outage, and it works out the energy and power your system must deliver. The result is an estimate that we confirm with a proper assessment before anything is installed.
- Are the wattages exact?
- No. The appliance values are honest estimates for planning. Your actual appliance rating plate is the reliable figure, and you can edit every value in PowerMatch.
- Do you handle installation?
- Installation and electrical connection work is carried out by qualified people after an on-site or remote assessment. We do not give wiring instructions over chat.
- How does pricing work?
- Prices are in Naira. For systems configured around your needs, our team will confirm the price and what is included in a written quote.
- What about warranty?
- Warranty coverage varies by model. Check the product details or ask our team to confirm the terms before ordering.
- Do you handle electric bikes and vehicles?
- Yes. Electric mobility enquiries are handled separately from household and business power sizing, because charging requirements and duty cycles are different.
